Beer Garden
A proper Inner West outdoor session. Big tables, open air, casual groups, dogs welcome and the kind of space that makes an afternoon turn into an evening.
Groups of 10 or more guests are required to reserve outdoor tables on weekends. A portion of outdoor seating is always available for walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you book outdoor seating, we cannot guarantee indoor seating in case of rain, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Kids’ Corner
Birthdays, family lunches, school catch-ups and easy afternoons work well at The Bowlo because there is room for everyone.
Our family area gives kids space to play and adults space to relax. For kids’ parties, please wait until your booking is confirmed before arranging entertainment.
Auditorium Hire
Our auditorium is made for bigger moments. Functions, milestone birthdays, fundraisers, live music, community nights and private events all fit comfortably here.
The space includes full AV facilities, a stage and band setup. It can accommodate up to 130 seated guests or up to 180 guests across seated and standing formats.
Pricing is available on request and depends on event size, complexity and minimum spend.
Main Bar
The clubhouse bar is the heart of the place. It is ideal for casual bookings, smaller groups, watching sport, pre-gig drinks and easy local catch-ups.
For same-day reservations, call us on (02) 9569 1936. During office hours, follow the extension for the office. After hours and weekends, follow the extension to the bar.
Barefoot Bowls
Add bowls to your booking and make a proper afternoon of it. Barefoot bowls is $15 per person for a 90 minute session.
You can also hire the beer garden green, two rinks, for $300 for a 90 minute session. As many people as you like can be part of the booking, with a maximum of 20 bowlers at one time.
If your group wants to play bowls and also reserve seating before, during or after your game, please make both bookings. Barefoot bowls bookings secure your time on the green. Table bookings secure your seating in the clubhouse or outdoor areas.

Outdoor Weather
Outdoor seating is weather dependent. We cannot guarantee indoor seating if it rains, but we will always do our best to look after you.
Bowls Rain Policy
If barefoot bowls is rained out you will receive a full refund. Wet greens are sometimes closed to prevent damage to the surface.
Menu & Catering
Table bookings are free. Minimum spends apply to catering orders. Select “Order Catering” below to submit your catering request.
Cancellations
Table and barefoot bowls bookings need at least 24 hours’ notice. Catering cancellations follow the policy set out in the catering menu.

There is no cost to book a table, but a credit card pre-authorisation may be required to secure your booking. This is not a charge. Your card will only be debited if you cancel late or do not show.
